    BTW, non-voting member (as we all know) but the FTSC really isn't doing much. I do have a sort of document in mind but it's not really fitting what the FTSC seems to do. It's more of a 'best practices' for nodelisting.

    I'm not sure if the ZCC can dissolve it, but they can over rule it if they bake /make a bad call. There was a time when the FTSC tried to make some calls that would have badly damaged some zones. I worked with Scott Little to get all ZCs guest access to help explain it. Took a bit to get them in, but now if not in, it's their desire. Less active now, it's less needed too.

    Nick, there's an old trick. If you really need a nap at work, set your head down on folded hands and on being awoken by another, lift your head with a smile and say 'Amen' then open eyes....
