Z4 ya tiene 3 votos para la eleccion de FTSC, eso es todo un exito. No creo que haya habido nunca un solo voto de Z4 en el pasado.

No puedo evitar notar tu voto tambien, eres un RC asi que esta bien.

Sin embargo, lo que no puedo entender es que no vote por los 3... Se registra como un voto de desconfianza en lo que el resto de nosotros estamos tratando de lograr.

Usted estq al tanto de las deliberaciones de la ZCC y sabia que establecimos un comite de nominaciones con el unico proposito de tener finalmente algunos candidatos de calidad. Este fue un gran avance ya que en elecciones anteriores de FTSC esto fue bloqueado por un Z1C anterior que resulto en que los candidatos no fueran nominados por sus cualidades, sino por su zona, perpetuando asi la zona warz. Incluso perdimos candidatos valiosos de esa manera.

Sin el ZCC, no habria candidatos esta vez y con los ultimos 7 mandatos que expiran el proximo ano, ese seria el final... a menos que el ZCC establezca nuevamente un comite de nominacion y busque algunas personas valiosas. Espero que pueda ser parte de ese jercicio futuro entonces, y tambien ahora, cambiando su voto de una "x" para los 3 candidatos. Demostraria unisono en la ZCC y las direcciones que elijamos.

Z4 has already 3 votes in for the FTSC-election, that's quite a success. I don't think there ever was a single vote at all from Z4 in the past.

I cannot help but noticing your vote too, you're an RC so that's fine.

However, what I cannot understand is that you don't vote for all 3 ... It registers as a vote of no conficence in what the rest of us are trying to accomplish.

You are privy to the deliberations of the ZCC and were aware that we established a nominating committee just for the purpose of finally having a few quality candidates. This was a breakthrough as in previous FTSC-elections this was blocked by a previous Z1C which resulted in candidates not getting nominated because of their qualities, but because of their zone thereby perpetuating the zone warz. We even lost valued candidates that way.

Without the ZCC, there would be no candidates this time and with the last 7 mandates expiring next year, that would be the end of it ... unless the ZCC again establishes a nominating committee and seeks some valuable people. I hope you can be part of that future exercise then, and also now, by changing your vote of a "x" to all 3 candidates. It would demonstrate unison in the ZCC and the directions we choose.
