    Fix ticket 212

    Allocate extra unneeded space for NUL terminator when copying text.
    Weirdly, text copied in "block mode" worked, but text copied in
    "line mode" didn't.

    Also weird, it only seemed to happen in conhost, not terminal.

    Ah well.
