    An American judge refuses to approve the $1.5 million settlement for deception. Elon Musk defrauded investors and would then only have to pay $1.5 million in settlement. The judge considers the amount ridiculously low and refuses to proceed with it. It concerns the purchase of Twitter, which Musk bought for $44 billion. Musk revealed his intentions for Twitter much too late.
