    The Fed has secretly started printing money. The interest rate has fallen by 0.25%, and Powell has given a "guarantee" that it won't rise. This is odd, because commercial interest rates are higher. That's bound to cause friction. The 12 bankers who set the interest rate disagreed sharply. The 0.25% was truly a compromise.
