and follow up with a letter Demanding w/ strong language that they cease and desist with this action. Immediately!

Don't let it go! It will only grow and spread like rapid unchecked disease. Attend Public School Board Meetings.
This will inform other parents who might not of known as to what was going
on with this.

Additionally
Request to see the curriculum/materials Ask the school or district to provide you with the lesson plans or instructional materials that cover gender identity or related topics.

Ask which grades and which courses these topics are in.
Meet with the teacher/principal Explain your family's values/concerns clearly and respectfully.

Ask for a pathway or alternative assignment for your child if the topic makes you uncomfortable. (Naturally it would be uncomfortable to most of us)

This notion with what they are promoting / teaching and in the most charismatic of ways within this subject_matter as it is brought forth without a second thought - being considered as being normal behavior and therefore accepted. (this is how it happens)

Ask if there's an option to have the child removed from that specific segment or given an alternative.

Consider alternative schooling If your values and the school's curriculum diverge substantially and you don't see a workable compromise, you might consider private school, charter, or homeschooling as alternatives.

Document everything Keep written records of meetings, written requests, school responses. Having clear written communication helps if you escalate

You're right about all this, but the loophole that they're using is this: they aren't *teaching* gender identity, but they're *flirting* with it by putting the idea in the kids' heads by saying "Please take this survey!"

They also asked "Have you ever thought about suicice?" and "How would you have done it?" So while they're not forcing kids to learn about these things, they're forcing them to think about them.

My school's superintendent is too elite to return phone calls. I went to the last 2 school board meetings but I'm a 1 thing at a time kind of guy, and I'm trying to get them to resolve my first issue, which is one that they haven't even responded to yet (And it's been more than 2 months already.)

This "survey" crap is definitely on my list of issues, but first I need them to resolve a security issue. They keep dodging me. I think I'm supposed to contact the state's Department of Education next (chain of command.)
