And what pissed me off was Doug's lowering expectations about accountability.

I think if someone, in power, does what the Biden Admin did, should go to jail for life. And if you were a flunky who followed them, the people in power, you should go to jail for life less 1 day.

All of this was done to minimize centralized power and to maximize the power of the people.

The U.S. is constitutional democratic republic.
-Democratic in how leaders are chosen.
-Republic in how the government is structured and limited.

Please don't get things like Democrat and Democracy confused, they are not the same, just as Republican and Republic also don't mix.

Without Democracy we the people have no voice
Without a Republic we have no laws in which to govern.

Can't have one without the other and still call it U.S.A
