    I propose an amendment to the constitution...

    That fetus has all the rights given to it from the constitution after the 1st trimester.

    If there is an abortion after that date there has to be some form of due process.

    I believe life begins at fertilization, so I'm against it all. BUT -
    your poposal has merit! That would save a TON of lives, which is
    much more than is being done now.

    A major second amendment case happened because of your wonderful state. NY wanted to make it illegal to travel from your house to the gun
    range... It went to the Supreme Court... NY backed out in the last
    minute and the Court just reached down in their bag and pulled out a
    case that was similar and they argued that one.

    This gave us the Bruen decision... and in doing so... made it almost impossible for the ATF to regulate guns now.... They have to rely on
    the original text of the constitution and cannot deviate from the
    original text.

    I haven't been keeping up with this, but that sounds like great news.

    Democrat ignorance leads to great things sometimes :)
