What a great program but I ran into a bit of a glitch and thought I'd report it if possible.

Yes, that would be g00roo. He is about. You may have to wait for a reply but it's usually quite fast.

I started off using SyncTerm and it works great except on PCBoard like Danger Bay BBS. So, I downloaded Netrunner 2 Beta which I think is the latest version. It works great with Danger Bay but has issues on Diamond Mine BBS.

On Diamond Mine, when trying to download (like the latest BBS list), the BBS will start the download and Netrunner will start trying to download but no transfer will occur. It will eventually timeout will nothing but Errors on the clock. I usually have to just abort the Netrunner window (x in the corner). The next time I logon to the BBS, it says I have a download in the Queue and if I try to download the file again, the same thing happens - I have to terminate the program.

Sorry about being long winded.

Oh, another issue is when I try to import SyncTerm BBS list, it just imports several trash entries which I have to delete.

What version of SyncTERM are you using? What exactly is the exception/problem when using it to call Danger Bay BBS? I just logged on and jumped around and didn't see any obvious problems (using SyncTERM v1.2b, recent build for Linux).

The SyncTERM version is 0.9.5b - SDL.

When on Danger Bay, after going in and around the menu system for a while it gets to the point where I have to press backspace at the main menu in order for that menu to work at all. I'll get an error message from the BBS that the command is unknown unless I press backspace a couple times then press the menu key as appropriate.

The only other issue that I've ever seen with SyncTERM is that the Dialing Directory is just too short with not enough total entries and cutting and pasting from Windows doesn't seem to be possible. Those last 2 items are probably feature requests and not errors.
