    You can add areas automatically when they come in, assign them whatever group access you want via Config - Packet/Mail - Add Areas From.

    If you need to globally update descriptions, you can use DBUTIL DESCFILE.

    ie. DBUTIL DESCFILE FIDONET.NA will import FIDONET.NA descriptions to
    the matching areas.


    Are these areas added during an areafix or when mail comes in?
