    Title: Brandied Plum Sauce

    Yield: 1 Batch

    Plums or prunes
    Sugar; to taste
    2 tb Brandy; per 1-1/2 c sauce

    Stew washed plums or prunes in water to cover about 10 minutes, or
    until soft, adding sugar to taste when half done; to 1-1/2 cups
    sauce, add 2 tb brandy and serve on ice cream or other desserts.
