    Title: Sweet Potato Pie With Bourbon
    Categories: Pies
    Yield: 1 Pie

    1 Pie crust (9"); unbaked
    34 oz Yams (2 cans)
    1 c Sugar
    1 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Ginger
    1/2 ts Allspice
    1/4 ts Ground cloves
    1/8 ts Nutmeg
    3 Eggs; beaten
    1 c Light cream
    1 1/2 oz Bourbon
    1 ts Vanilla extract

    Drain yams and mash them with a ricer. Combine with all other
    ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake in 400?F oven for 40
    minutes. Chill before serving.
