Title: Spicy Tortilla Chips
Categories: Mexican, Appetizers, Kooknet
Yield: 8 Dozen
2 tb Butter; melted
1 ts Spicy chili powder
8 Tortillas (8");
- corn or flour
Preheat oven to 400?F.
Mix butter and chili powder; brush on one side of each tortilla.
Cut each tortilla into 12 wedges.
Place margarine or butter side up in ungreased jelly roll,
casserole dish, or pizza pan.
Bake uncovered 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown;
cool.
Note: Tortillas will continue to crisp as they cool.
