Title: Potato Curry (Jaffna Style)

1 lb Potatoes
1 c Milk
1 Onion
1/8 ts Turmeric
2 Green Chiles
1 tb Ghee
1/2 ts Chili powder
1 sm Fresh ginger piece
1/4 ts Fenugreek seed
Salt; to taste
Cut the potato small and boil. Fry the onion, fenugreek seed, and
chiles in ghee. When onion is clear, add potatoes, milk, and spices.
Simmer over a low fire until potatoes are tender. Finish with lime
juice.
