Title: Garlic Herbed Grilled Tuna Steaks

Yield: 4 servings
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Olive oil
2 cl Garlic; minced
2 ts Minced fresh thyme

1/2 ts Dried thyme
4 Tuna steaks (6 oz ea)
1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
In a container with a lid, combine the lemon juice, oil,
garlic and thyme. Add the tuna and turn to coat. Cover
and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes, turning tuna
occasionally.
Remove tuna from bag; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drain tuna, discarding marinade. On a lightly greased
grill rack, grill tuna, covered, over medium-hot heat or
broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes on each side
for medium-rare or until slightly pink in the center.
