    Title: Pal's Sauceburger
    Categories: Burgers, Copycat
    Yield: 1 Burger

    1/8 lb Ground beef
    1 sm Sesame seed bun
    Salt
    2 tb Ketchup
    1 ts Sweet pickle relish
    1/2 ts Yellow mustard

Here's a simple, great tasting burger from a small chain called Pal's
in Tennessee. This little drive-thru developed this simple sauce--a
combination of ketchup, mustard, and relish--that makes quick
production of scores of these tasty sandwiches a breeze when the line
of cars grows long. Yes, it's easy... it's also very good on any
    burger at your next cookout.

Sort of a backwoods Big Mac? Altho the Big Mac doesn't use catsup? Wonder
where the colour come from? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Pal's is local to me as it was founded in Kingsport and I live about 20 minutes south in Johnson City. I have been to Pal's, and frankly, I
don't see what the big deal is about their food. To me, it's average
fast food though their service is great. The founder of Pal's passed
away recently and the whole aea was in mourning. Maybe it's a native local thing.

If I'm gonna go get a burger, I'd rather go to Blue Moose which is also
    a local chain. https://bluemooseburgersandwings.com/

Somany burgers, so many choices. Myfavourite fatsfood burger is Hardee's/ Carl's Jr. Frisco burger. 2nd favourite is Wendy'sBaconater Sir-downs?

There are so many and the competition is fierce. Mylocal Red Robin just
went tits up and flipped their "CLOSED" sign to permanent status.

And, at home ....... well, lessee now .............

    1 tb Beef bouillon granules
    2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro

NOTES: This is my own reconstruction of the Smashburger
    (R) Avocado Club Burger. I think Smash uses 1/3 lb pucks
but I likes me beef. Tomato slices optional.

Title: Dakota Bread (Cook's Country Web)
    Categories: Bread, Cereals, Grain, Seandennis
    Yield: 1 Servings

    2 c Warm water (110 degrees)
    1 1/2 c (7 1/2 ounces) seven-grain
    Hot cereal mix (not cold
    Cereal!)
    2 tb Honey
    2 tb Vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c (19 1/4 ounces) bread flour
    1 3/4 ts Salt
1 ts Instant or rapid-rise yeast
    3 tb Raw, unsalted pepitas
    3 tb Raw, unsalted sunflower
    Seeds
    1 ts Sesame seeds
    1 ts Poppy seeds
    1 lg Egg, lightly beaten

Grease large bowl. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In
bowl of stand mixer, combine water, cereal, honey, and oil and let
    sit for 10 minutes.

Add flour, salt, and yeast to cereal mixture. Fit stand mixer with
dough hook and knead on low speed until dough is smooth and elastic,
4 to 6 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons pepitas and 2 tablespoons sunflower
seeds to dough and knead for 1 minute longer. Turn out dough onto
lightly floured counter and knead until seeds are evenly distributed,
    about 2 minutes.

Transfer dough to greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let dough
rise at room temperature until almost doubled in size and fingertip
depression in dough springs back slowly, 60 to 90 minutes.

Gently press down on center of dough to deflate. Transfer dough to
lightly floured counter and shape into tight round ball. Place dough
on prepared sheet. Cover dough loosely with plastic and let rise at
room temperature until almost doubled in size, 60 to 90 minutes.

Adjust oven racks to upper-middle and lowest positions and heat oven
to 425 degrees. Combine remaining 1 tablespoon pepitas, remaining 1
tablespoon sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds in small
bowl. Using sharp knife, make 1/4-inch-deep cross, 5 inches long, on
top of loaf. Brush loaf with egg and sprinkle seed mixture evenly
    over top.

Place 8 1/2 by 4 1/2-inch loaf pan on lowest oven rack and fill with
1 cup boiling water. Place baking sheet with dough on upper-middle
rack and reduce oven to 375 degrees F. Bake until crust is dark brown
and bread registers 200 degrees F, 40 to 50 minutes. Transfer loaf to
wire rack and let cool completely, about 2 hours. Serve.

    Makes one 10-inch loaf.

Pat out the ground beef until about the same diameter as the bun. If
you like, you can freeze this patty ahead of time to help keep the
burger from falling apart when you cook it.

Brown or toast the faces of the top and bottom buns. You can do this
in a frying pan over medium heat or by toasting them in the oven or
    toaster oven.

As the buns are browning, grill the hamburger patty, either in a hot
frying pan over medium heat... or you can use a barbecue grill. Salt
    the meat generously.

Combine the ketchup, relish, and mustard in a small bowl.

When the meat is cooked to your liking, place it on the face of the
    bottom bun.

Slather the sauce on the face of the top bun and place it onto the
    meat. Ta-da... Sauceburger!
