    Title: Date Nut Balls
    Categories: Desserts, Indian
    Yield: 24 Balls

    1 c Raw peanuts; without skins
    1 1/4 c Dates; minced
    1/2 c Water

    Put raw peanuts through a blender. Remove 2 tb of the ground nuts and
    set aside. To remaining nuts in a blender, add water slowly and blend
    to make peanut butter. Remove from blender and combine with minced
    dates. Roll mixture into balls 1/2" thick and refrigerate to harden.
    Cut into pieces and top with remaining ground nuts.
