    Title: Almond Balls
    Categories: Desserts, Indian
    Yield: 25 Balls

    2 1/2 c Almonds
    1/2 c Honey

    Put almonds through an electric grinder. Set 1/2 cup ground almonds
    aside and mix the rest with honey to form a thick paste. Make small
    balls and roll in ground nuts. Refrigerate to harden.
