    Hello All!

adding micronet to my hpt/binkd hub and I am sending out ok, however I am not getting anything in return looking through hpt logs no errors, looking through binkd logs I see the following.

09 Feb 00:30:00 [63378] Cannot find domain for zone 618, assuming 'fidonet'
? 09 Feb 00:30:00 [63378] Cannot find domain for zone 618, assuming 'fidonet'

? 09 Feb 00:30:00 [63378] Cannot find domain for zone 618, assuming 'fidonet'

could this be causing my lack of inbound mail? further I have a micronet.nl, I do not know how else to tell it about micronet. everything seems correct in cfg.

    Regards,

    Rick

    Do you have something like

    domain micronet /ftn/outbound/micronet 618

in binkd.cfg? (most likely not). Or are you using the half-broken 4D workaround?

    domain micronet /ftn/outbound 1

this is exactly what I have

Can you post the outbound / domain configuration for fidonet (and maybe the other networks) too?

What outbound configuration do you have for hpt?

AFAIK hpt does not support 5D BSO outbound, only 4D. Maybe it's putting the packets in the wrong outbound directory?

In which context does the log message "Cannot find domain for zone 618" appear?

Binkd is happy to work with a 5D outbound but hpt doesn't use it (as far as I know).

All my domain lines have a 1 at the end and that works well for me.

My domain lines look like this..

    domain fidonet /usr/local/fido/outbound 1 domain fsxnet /usr/local/fido/outbound 1

    Adjust as needed.
