    I hope so. It's been pretty dead in here. I guess people don't
    realize the importance of it.

    I only occassionally read in here, I host it obviously... watching the election results closely.

    I live here in Portland, funny thing at dinner last night we were talking (dreaming) on how to get 1,000,000 people to move to oregon to a place where land is cheap...

    Portland is 652k, 80% of the adults vote for Democrats or people more crazy. 17.4% are people under 18. Need like 300k centrist adults to depopulate the Democrats. Localism at its finest.

    You have to make sure the architecture looks good and its sustainable so the project would be affordable. Maybe allow for a small portion of the development to be open for people who live in work in the radius of the project to have access to buying a home.

    Maybe a centrist business could relocate to a place like Roseburg OR. It seems like a centrist oasis in the state like Kern County is in California.
